The location of the hotel is marvellous and excellent, especially in the night. The twin/double room was huge and had a balcony. The design of the hotel and the bathroom were nice. The restaurant offered a pleasant dining experience with excellent cuisine. The staff was exceptional.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. There is variety of amazing food for breakfast. Magnificent and amazing setting, it's very close to the Opera House and the Old Town and restaurant at 9am. We were very impressed and would love to come back.

I had a fantastic stay at Jam Hotel Hnatyuka! The location was perfect, and I was pleasantly surprised by the stylish design of the hotel. The view from the top floor was absolutely beautiful. Plus, the service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff.
The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked, with leftover garbage bags from previous guests. Additionally, the noise from the street and the hotel itself made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
